What is Clarity Breathwork?
Clarity Breathwork is a gentle, circular breathing technique that clears the mind, and allows the truth to come out.
We now know that our nervous system stores trauma. Breathing is connected to our nervous system. When we take a deep breath, we can trigger a change from our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) to parasympathetic nervous system (rest and relaxation). That is why people often suggest taking a deep breath when we are stressed or nervous. In breathwork we take this even further.
Most of us are only breathing between 20-30% of our lung capacity. When we breathe fully with Clarity Breathwork, we oxygenate the body, and allow the body to release stress and trauma from the nervous system. Sometimes this results in tremoring, an emotional release or incredible clarity as the subconscious has a chance to speak.
The result is a system reset. People feel relief, uplifted, energized and healed from traumas they had been holding in their bodies at a cellular level.
Breathwork gives us a chance to heal, and finally move on.
