Clarity Breathwork in Seattle

Last weekend I was thrilled to assist Dana Dharma Davi and Ashanna Solaris with a wonderful group Breathwork session in Seattle!

It was so nice to be back in the community, surrounded by open, kind, bright people! We saw some incredible breakthroughs ranging from clarity to tears to visions and releases. I'm continually honoured to share this work.

Thank you to Kristen for organizing everyone to be there, Dana and Ashanna for your leadership and everything that you do, the other assistants Scott and Brit for adding their unique gifts to the container and to all the participants who came out and were brave, open, and really went for it. It was great to work with all of you and I hope to see you again doing Breathwork or somewhere down this beautiful rabbit hole of healing.
